A Classy Cass Wedding!
On December 4th, 2010, I was honored to photograph Allison and Justin's beautiful intimate wedding at the exclusive Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, CA. It was my first time shooting a wedding, and it was an incredible experience. Everyone that I met and worked with that day was very accomodating and helpful. Big thanks to my friend Kristen, and fabulous wedding planner Sophie Spiers! The Bride and Groom were the most laid-back couple I have ever photographed. As we all know, weddings can be stressful, especially if the timeline gets pushed back and you only have half an hour to shoot bride and groom portraits LOL. But nothing ruffled the Bride, who was 6 months pregnant by the way, and looked absolutely gorgeous; I couldn't believe how relaxed she was! The ceremony was held on the lawn of the resort's Miro restaurant, on the bluffs overlooking the coastline. Then there was a cocktail hour and a very romantic candlelit dinner downstairs in the wine cellar. A good time was had by all, including me! Thanks again for such a wonderful weekend!
